SimplyPure™ Water Filter - System Warranty

The manufacturer warrants that the product and all parts to be free from defects in material and workmanship when operated in accordance with these written instructions for a period of one (1) year from date of purchase (filters are exempt).

If, within the above period of time, any part(s) shall be proven to the manufacturer's satisfaction to be defective, these part(s) will be replaced or their price refunded at the manufacturer's option.

Warranty valid only if this system is installed by a licensed plumber/HVAC installer.

Warranty only valid upon completion of Warranty registration by completing the enclosed registration card and mailing or faxing to InnerLight within 30 days of purchase.

The manufacturer will not be subject to and disclaims:

(1) Any other obligations or liabilities arising out of breach of contract or of warranty.

(2) Any obligation whatsoever arising from tort claims (including negligence and strict liability) or arising under other theories of law with respect to products sold or services rendered by the manufacturer or any undertakings, acts, or omissions relating thereto.

(3) All consequential, incidental and contingent damages. The manufacturer's obligations for non-performance of defective parts or product, or any damage caused by its parts or product or their use, and exclusive remedy therefore, shall be limited to part or product replacement or refund at the discretion of the manufacturer, and shall be conditioned upon the manufacturer receiving notice for such replacement or refund.

(4) Warranty does not cover shipping, labor or installation charges.
